This Refund Policy applies to paid Orders of Autogineer Cloud, operated by StoresWiki LLC. Last updated 10 July 2026.
When you place an Order, we immediately reserve and provision the CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth for your Server. Because these resources are dedicated to you, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing term has started, except as set out below or as required by mandatory consumer law.
Monthly Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your Server remains available until the end of the paid month. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
12/24/48-month terms are charged once upfront for the whole term. If you cancel early, the Server remains available until the end of the term; prepaid terms are not pro-rata refundable except at our discretion or where required by law.
If you are unsatisfied with a first-time paid Order, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the initial charge. We will consider a discretionary refund provided the Service has not been materially used or abused.
Servers suspended or terminated for violating our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or Fair Usage Policy — including abuse, illegal content, or non-payment — are not eligible for a refund.
Email [email protected] from your account address with your Server and Order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
