Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026 · Autogineer Cloud by StoresWiki LLC

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not do on Autogineer Cloud. It forms part of, and is enforced under, our Terms of Service. We may update it as threats and regulations evolve. Last updated 10 July 2026.

1. Prohibited content & activity

The following are prohibited on any Server, whether hosted for yourself or a third party:

Content that is unlawful under the laws of the United States, the European Union, or the jurisdiction of your end users, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is reported to the competent authorities without notice.

Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnet command-and-control, exploit kits, phishing pages, or credential-harvesting sites.

Unsolicited bulk email (spam), snowshoe spamming, list-washing, or operating an open SMTP relay. Outbound port 25 is closed by default on customer servers.

Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, hash-rental, or proof-of-work workloads, and 'free-VPS'-style resource reselling that exists mainly to consume CPU.

Network abuse: port scanning, DoS/DDoS (as source or reflector), traffic amplification, brute-forcing, ARP/DNS spoofing, or unauthorized penetration of systems you do not own.

Anonymous or high-risk proxying / VPN exit / TOR exit relays operated to launder third-party traffic, and open proxies.

Fraud, carding, fake-document services, pill/pharma spam storefronts, and money-laundering infrastructure.

Content that infringes intellectual property (piracy, warez, unlicensed streaming) or violates a third party's privacy.

Adult content that is illegal, non-consensual, or fails to meet mandatory age-verification and record-keeping requirements.

Hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorist content, or the sale of weapons/controlled substances.

2. Email & anti-spam

Outbound SMTP (port 25) is blocked by default on customer Servers to prevent spam and protect IP reputation. If you have a legitimate need to send mail, use an authenticated third-party email relay/API over the submission ports. Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating an open relay, or generating spam complaints will result in suspension.

3. Network & security abuse

No port scanning, denial-of-service (as source, participant, or reflector/amplifier), brute-forcing, spoofing, or attempts to access systems or accounts you are not authorized to access. Security testing is permitted only against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test, and never in a way that affects our platform or other customers.

4. Resource & cryptomining abuse

Servers must operate within their Plan's Fair Usage limits. Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, hash-rental, and workloads whose primary purpose is to consume CPU or bandwidth for resale are prohibited. Sustained activity that degrades shared infrastructure may be rate-limited or suspended.

5. Malware & compromised servers

You may not host or distribute malware. We run automated host-side malware scanning of Server storage. If your Server is found to host malware or becomes compromised and starts attacking or spamming others, we may quarantine or suspend it and notify you with the reason and, where possible, the detected artifacts.

6. Reporting & enforcement

Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with logs and timestamps. We investigate reports and may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate offending Servers depending on severity. Serious violations (illegal content, active attacks, malware distribution) may result in immediate termination without notice and referral to authorities.
