Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. Billing data: processed by Stripe; we store a customer reference, subscription/Order status, and (for offline payment) the reference you submit — never your full card number. Service data: the Servers you create (hostname, Plan, OS/app, status, resource and bandwidth usage). Technical data: IP addresses, request and provisioning logs, and security-scan results needed to operate and secure the Service.
To perform our contract with you: create and operate your Servers, process Orders, and provide support. For our legitimate interests: securing the platform, preventing abuse and fraud, and running host-side malware/network scanning. To comply with legal obligations: tax, accounting, and lawful requests. With your consent: optional communications, where applicable.
We send transactional emails you cannot opt out of while you have an account (e.g. "your server is ready", billing, security, and suspension notices).
We share data only with processors that make the Service work: Stripe (payment processing), our email relay provider (transactional email), and our infrastructure/hosting provider. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the Service, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal data.
Our infrastructure and some processors are located in the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by law (e.g. tax records). Server data is deleted after the grace period following cancellation, suspension, or on your verified request. Logs and security-scan records are kept for a limited period for operational and security purposes.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export (portability), restrict, object to, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] from your account address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, least-privilege access, network isolation between Servers, and automated malware/abuse scanning. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for using a strong password and keeping your Servers patched.
