This Fair Usage Policy explains the resource and bandwidth limits that apply to Autogineer Cloud Plans so the platform stays fast and fair for everyone. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Last updated 10 July 2026.
Each Plan includes a fixed allocation of vCPU, memory, and disk, shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. These are dedicated to your Server. CPU is provided on a fair-share basis: short bursts are fine, but sustained 100% usage across all cores that harms neighbours may be throttled.
Each Plan includes a monthly outbound data-transfer allowance and a maximum network rate (port speed), both shown with the Plan. Inbound traffic is generally unmetered. The overall platform uplink is shared; your Server's rate is capped to your Plan's limit to guarantee fair distribution of the shared 1 Gbps uplink.
If you approach or exceed your monthly transfer allowance we will notify you. We may then rate-limit your Server's network speed for the remainder of the billing period, or invite you to upgrade to a larger Plan. We do not automatically bill overage without telling you first.
Using a Server primarily to relay or resell bandwidth, run public proxies/VPN exits for third-party traffic, or otherwise saturate the shared uplink is a Fair Usage violation and may be rate-limited or suspended under the Acceptable Use Policy.
If your workload consistently needs more CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth, upgrade your Plan from the dashboard. Upgrades apply the new resources live and reconcile billing on a pro-rata basis.
